Raptor support is available from our Albuquerque office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST, Monday-Friday. Installation and setup support are provided at no charge.
Fee-based technical support, which covers all issues related to using the software, can be purchased on a semi-yearly or yearly basis. See the Price List for pricing.
When the level of support needed extends into solving company-specific simulation issues, consulting support is also available.
