Major Ground Handler QAS Israel Named Regional Agent for ARINC Type B Service, AviNet^® Mail

Annapolis—When ARINC Incorporated recently won the Type B network messaging contract of Israel’s leading ground handler, the company gained more than a substantial new customer.

ARINC announced today that Quality Airport Services Israel, Ltd. (QAS Israel) has agreed to become the Middle East regional representative for AviNet^® Maill, a private, secure, and versatile Type B network message service widely used throughout the aviation industry for critical business communications.

“Like many businesses migrating to ARINC Type B, QAS was disillusioned with the level of support available from its previous supplier,” stated Carlos Fernandes, AviNet Mail Sales Manager, ARINC EMEA. “We offered them both a high level of support and a straightforward billing package, all to the customer’s advantage.”
