Our teams design, implement and sustain advanced solutions for aviation, space, land, maritime and electronic systems in support of customer requirements—supporting our men and women in uniform, and federal and state organizations.

The Airport business units are involved in every aspect of airport operations. Our teams build the most reliable networks in the world, engineer back-bone information and data systems for end-to-end interoperability, and provide mission-critical communications. This team provides systems to dispatch planes and process passengers, maintain security, installation and maintenance services, offer help desk and onsite technical support, help manage assets and data warehouse reporting, and monitor system performance to provide immediate resolution. Specifically, solutions are offered in passenger processing, baggage handling, information services, airport operations, airport security, systems integration, engineering, maintenance, and voice and data communications.

The Aviation business unit is responsible for providing voice and data communications to major airlines, regional carriers, air traffic control and business aviation.  Our teams utilize data link, HF, VHF and satellite technologies for messaging preparation and transport over ground/ground networks, air/ground links and airline networks.  This team designs and fabricates installation kits, provides integrated logistics support, training and simulator modification, and IT support for airport operational systems.  We also provide a broad range of flight support services, including trip handling, communications, fueling and filing of flight plans for the business jet community.

The Networks business unit provides solutions that include the design, maintenance and operation of global communications networks while delivering innovative voice, data and wireless solutions. It serves as the single point of contact for 24/7 network operations, applications monitoring and customer support. The team provides global services including design, engineering, installation, dispatching, repair, outsourcing and consulting, and project management for a diverse set of network, radio and applications services, as well as, supports information technology systems and networks in industries including aviation, healthcare, surface transportation and government.

The Public Safety business unit is focused on building wireless networks that seamlessly integrate with current operations and safeguard the public. Our teams work to build systems that can communicate over Wi-Fi, private radio and commercial services—and provide single source responsibility, computer-aided dispatch and record management systems.

The Rail and Transit business unit is responsible for designing, developing and deploying solutions that improve efficiency, enhance safety and maximize the security of transportation systems, including commuter rail and subway systems. Our teams work on technology for critical infrastructure including rail control centers, public address systems, digital signage, customer information systems, video surveillance, access control for emergency services and voice communications.

Our Security products and services are used by airports, airlines, governments and homeland security. This team, which crosses several business units, is responsible for the technology and innovation behind security enhancements, including allowing airlines to share vital passenger and baggage information in real-time, authenticate passenger data, screen employees and track workers. This team also oversees the Intrusion Detection System, passenger handling and access control. For the government sector, this team is responsible for the network communications that allow multiple agencies to interconnect, control centers to continually exchange information, and other prevention, detection and response solutions.
