Medical Coverage—Medical coverage for you and your family begins the day you're hired—there's no waiting period. You can choose from several comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.

Tax-Deferred Savings Plan

• Employee Contributions—You may invest up to 40% of your eligible compensation, as allowed by IRS regulations, on a tax-deferred basis or through an after-tax Roth contribution to the Plan.  You are always 100% fully vested in your own contributions.
• Employer Match—ARINC will match 100% of your contributions up to the first 6.0% (whether pre-tax, Roth, or some combination) on a per pay period basis.  The vesting period is graduated over five years.

Gain Sharing Program—Once the annual earnings goal is achieved, 50% of each dollar will fund the gain sharing plan to be distributed to eligible employees.  Awards may vary by organization based on organization’s performance against goals.

Life and Accident Insurance—At no cost to you, you receive life insurance for one times your base annual salary, rounded to the next highest $1,000, and accidental death or dismemberment insurance for two times your base annual salary. You'll also receive a paid-up life insurance policy equal to 10% of your final base salary when you retire from the company.

Short- and Long-Term Disability—You may take short-term disability leave for serious health conditions that prevent you from working for four or more consecutive days. You can also use short-term disability for required prenatal care or for follow-up treatment after a substantial period of disability for a significant health condition, such as cancer or heart disease. If you are continuously disabled for 180 days, you may be approved for long-term disability benefits, which provide 60% of your base monthly earnings.

Flexible Work Schedule—ARINC provides flexible work hours for eligible employees. You can choose to begin your workday between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m. and end between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m.

Alternative Work Schedule—Want to enjoy a long weekend every two weeks? Eligible employees can work a compressed schedule Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off.

Educational Assistance Program—We encourage you to pursue courses of study that enhance your job performance, as well as develop your potential for future advancement. After you've completed your first six months as a full-time ARINC employee, you're eligible for 100% reimbursement of education expenses, up to an annual maximum amount, for successfully completing approved courses. 

Training Programs—From teamwork skills to C++ programming, ARINC provides internal, external, and e-learning training opportunities that enhance your knowledge and give you the edge you need to advance.

Paid Leave—In addition to holidays, eligible ARINC employees enjoy a minimum of 128 paid leave hours per year, accrued monthly. You may take paid leave for vacations, minor illnesses, and personal business.

Medical Waiver—If you're covered under another insurance program and choose to waive medical coverage under the ARINC Benefits Program, ARINC will pay "medical waiver" dollars to you as part of your paycheck.
